Anyone over 18 years of age who is having a jewelry change or piercing done is required to have a valid ID with them, which will be copied onto our release form. IDs must be provided every time you visit us for a service, including jewelry changes and check ups.

When we do a jewelry change or pierce persons under 18 years of age a parent/guardian must be present and stay for the entire procedure, as well as supply valid identification for BOTH THE PARENT/GUARDIAN*** AND minor. If you have questions about these requirements or would like clarification in regards to your specific family arrangement, please give us a call and we can walk you through what we need. Birth Certificate
**We need to be able to prove the relation between the parent/guardian and the minor. If last names do not match on IDs, or if your current name is not listed on your child’s birth certificate, we will require another document such as: marriage license, divorce paper, or name change papers.
***For minors under guardianship of those not on their birth certificate:
We will require court documents showing the state has awarded custody to the guardian along with the above required identification for both the minor and guardian.
